1. Place the back of the Necktech on a flat, clean surface.
2. Insert a flat-blade screwdriver into the gap between the links.
3. Gently bend the link, turn the screwdriver as far as necessary to open it, and clip it to leave a gap where you can add or remove one element.
4. Using combination pliers, close the gap to its original size by squeezing gently. A cloth can be laid down to protect the surface from scratches
