Its resistance to saltwater and rust will not deteriorate your dog and will remain faithful for years to come. The entire stainless steel, not just the surface, contains chromium and nickel, which form a protective layer, and the protective layer regenerates even if it is cut or scratched. Stainless steel rarely stains light-colored coats, but because it contains nickel, it may not be suitable for dogs that react to nickel. For dogs with nickel allergies, we recommend choosing a Curogan prong collar instead. For dogs with darker coats, any material is suitable, including chrome-plated steel or black stainless steel.

All Hamm-Sprenger pinch collars are standard length and can be adjusted to fit your dog's neck by adding or removing links. This pinch collar measures 16" (41 cm) and has a prong diameter of 1/11" (2.25 mm). It is suitable for dogs with neck circumferences up to 14 inches (36 cm). If your dog's neck circumference exceeds 14 inches (36 cm), you can easily order additional links. Each link adds approximately 3 cm (1/5") to the total length of the collar.
